CLAT 2025 Notification will be released tomorrow July 7: Exam Scheduled for December 1

The Notification for Common Law Admission Test 2025 by The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) will be released tomorrow, July 7, on the official website at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in.Based on previous years, it's expected that the CLAT Advertisement 2025 will be published around midnight. The CNLU will likely provide important exam details, such as the application process, registration date, Registration last date, Sample Paper Date, counselling procedure and many other important information.

The forthcoming Notification will include crucial details regarding the CLAT Syllabus and CLAT Exam Pattern for the year 2025. While it is anticipated that the CLAT Syllabus for 2025 will remain largely unchanged, modifications to the CLAT 2025 Exam Pattern are anticipated. Candidates intending to take the CLAT Exam in 2025 must ensure completion of the CLAT Registration Process by the specified deadline.

The exam dates for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 were officially announced in May. According to the official notification, the entrance test is set to take place on December 1, 2024. The exam is scheduled to be conducted in a single shift from 2 pm to 4 pm. Additionally, details about the CLAT Postgraduate (PG) Exam for the year 2025 will also be included in the same CLAT Notification.

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a highly competitive national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programs at 22 prestigious National Law Universities across India. This exam is administered by the Consortium of National Law Universities, a representative body that oversees and organizes the exam on a national level, ensuring fairness and standardization in the admission process for these esteemed institutions.

CLAT 2025: How to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

Step 2: click on the CLAT 2025 Registration link.

Step 3: Login yourself by giving your login credential

Step 4: Fill up the registration form and pay the application fee.

Step 5: Download and take a printout of the CLAT 2025 application form for future reference.

CLAT 2025: Documents Required

–– Passport Size Photograph.

–– Signature of the candidate.

–– Category Certificate (if applicable)

–– PWD candidates, must provide relevant certificates from authorized body.

–– Similarly for BPL candidates, must provide relevant certificates from authorized body.

CLAT 2025: Registration Fee

The application fee for the CLAT 2025 varies by category. For General, OBC, PWD, NRI, PIO, and OCI candidates, the fee is INR 4,000, or INR 4,500 if they opt for the question papers. SC, ST, and BPL candidates are required to pay INR 3,500, or INR 4,000 with the question papers.

CLAT 2025: Eligibility Criteria

For CLAT UG 2025, candidates need at least 45% in Class 12 (40% for SC/ST). Candidates appearing in Class 12 can apply. For CLAT PG 2025, a 3-year or 5-year LLB with a minimum of 50% marks is required. Candidates in their final year can also apply.

CLAT Syllabus 2025 & Exam Pattern

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) is anticipated to make revisions to the syllabus for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) in 2025. However, it is unlikely that there will be any alterations to the exam pattern for the 2024 CLAT, as the consortium made changes for the 2024 exam.
