The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) conducted the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE). The exam was held in two shifts. 

Once the exams are completed, NBEMS will announce the FMGE 2024 results. The results will be available on the official website,  https://natboard.edu.in/

 FMGE 2024 Result Date: NBEMS to Announce FMGE 2024 Result by August 6

According to the information bulletin, the FMGE 2024 results will be announced by August 6, 2024. Candidates will be able to download their scorecards through the applicant login using their User ID and Password, likely within a week after the results are declared.

FMGE Passing Marks

To pass the FMGE, a candidate must score at least 150 out of 300 marks. The results (Pass/Fail) will be displayed on the NBEMS website. There is no provision for re-totaling, re-evaluation, or awarding grace marks in FMGE 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

According to the regulations, any Indian citizen or Overseas Citizen of India with a primary medical qualification from a medical institution outside India who wishes to get provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council after March 15, 2002, must pass a screening test conducted by the prescribed authority under section 13 of the Act.

Challenge Period for Exam Questions  

Candidates can challenge any question from the FMGE for technical errors until July 8, 2024, by providing supportive medical literature. No challenges will be accepted after this date.

Collecting FMGE Pass Certificates

Qualified candidates will receive Pass Certificates after in-person document and identity verification, which is expected to be completed within four weeks of the results being declared. However, this period may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Candidates who qualify in the FMGE June 2024 exam must collect their Pass Certificates within six months of the result declaration. If they fail to do so, their candidature and result for FMGE June 2024 will be canceled, and no further opportunity to collect the Pass Certificate will be provided.

2. Look for the link “Download FMGE Result.”

3. Enter your login details, such as User ID and Password.

4. Your NBEMS FMGE Result 2024 will be displayed on the screen.

5. Download and print a copy for future reference.
