HSSC 2024: The HSSC admit card for groups 56 and 57 for the physical measurement test (PMT) and physical screening test (PST) for candidates who have been shortlisted has been released by the Haryana Staff Selection Committe.

The exam is set to begin on September 5, 2024. Following the official statement, the PMT and PST tests will take place on the same day. To download their admit cards, candidates who have enrolled for the exam should visit the official website at https://www.hssc.gov.in/.

Himmat Singh, the chairman of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC), stated on Saturday that the organization will be releasing an annual calendar that would include information on the exams and recruitments that will take place during the year.

This year CET exam will take place in October and November added by Himmat Singh. Regarding the commission's plans, he stated that after the calendar is created, it will make sure tests are conducted on specified dates, much like SSC and UPSC. He asserted that since 2014, 1.24 lakh individuals had received positions from HSSC. According to him, this went beyond the commission's 2004–2014 term.

HSSC chairperson Himmat Singh announced that the  Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Group C and D exams results cannot be released at this time due to the model code of conduct. He clarified that the Election Commission has not given permission for the declaration of results.

There are about 24,800 posts available for these tests. He emphasized that the results for the five groups would not be disclosed until the assembly elections were over. In addition, he advised students not to trust any misleading information about the tests that might be making the rounds on social media. Singh advised applicants to hold off on making decisions until the HSSC makes formal notifications.

HCS 2024: Eligibility Criteria

To appear for the HCS 2024 exam, candidates must fulfill all the eligibility criteria like age, educational qualifications, and even nationality as well. Below mentioned is a detailed view of the same.

Age: The candidates’ age must not exceed 42. However, for the DSP post, the age limit is only 27. To put it in simple words, from 18 to 42 years of age, the candidate can appear for the examination. But if some candidate is 30 years old and aiming for a DSP post, he will be considered not eligible.

Academic Qualification: A graduate from a UGC-recognized university can apply for this examination. However, the exam is also open to those who are in the last year of their graduation course.

Nationality: If you are aware of the UPSC eligibility criteria, it would be nothing different. A candidate must hold an Indian nationality. People who have migrated from countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Burma, Pakistan, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zaire, etc before 1962 will also be considered Indians meaning they can also apply for the examination.

Attempts Made: No attempt criteria have been specified by HPSC meaning until you reach the maximum age limit for the aimed post, you can apply as many times as you can.
