IBPS RRB 2024 REGISTRATION STARTED

IBPS RRB 2024: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts a Common Recruitment Process for the Recruitment of Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Online registration dates for IBPS RRB 2024 are scheduled from June 7, 2024, to June 27, 2024 during this period, eligible candidates can register online and make changes to their application if needed.

To join RRBs as Group “A” Officers (Scale I, II, III) or Group “B” Office Assistants, candidates must register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP for RRBs- XIII). Candidates can apply for both Office Assistants and Officer posts but must choose only one Officer post (either Scale I, Scale II, or Scale III).

Eligibility criteria

Participating in and qualifying for the IBPS RRB 2024 does not guarantee a job in any RRB. The final decision to hire rests with the specific RRB to which you are allocated, and they reserve the right to reject your application even if provisionally allotted.

1. Nationality / Citizenship:

i) Indian citizens, or

(ii) Subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, or

(iii) Tibetan refugees who settled in India before January 1, 1962, or

(iv) Persons of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries to permanently settle in India. Candidates in categories (ii) to (v) require a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.

 

2.  Education Qualification:
i)
Office Assistants (Multipurpose): A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, proficiency in the local language, and computer skills.

ii) Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): A bachelor's degree in any discipline, preference for degrees in specific fields like Agriculture or IT, local language proficiency, and ideally, computer skills.

iii) Officer Scale-II: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institution.

iv)Officer Scale -III: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institution.

3. Age Limit:
The maximum age limit specified in CRP RRB applies to candidates in the General and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) categories. However, for candidates in other categories, age relaxations will apply.

Officer Scale-I – 18 to 30 years

Officer Scale-II – 21 to 32 years

Officer Scale-III – 21 to 40 years

Office Assistants – 18 to 28 years

There are specific relaxations provided for different categories of candidates. This includes age relaxation and lower fees for groups like SC, ST, OBC, and others. There's also a reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). It ensures they get fair consideration in hiring.

How To Apply

(1) Go to the official website www.ibps.in click on 'CRP for RRBs,' and select the appropriate option to open the online application form."

(2) To register, candidates need to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and enter their basic information. They will receive a provisional registration number and password on the screen, as well as via email and SMS. This information can be used to edit the application if needed.

(3) Candidates need to upload their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration during the registration process. They can capture and upload their photograph using a webcam or mobile phone as per the specified requirements.

(4) Candidates should carefully fill out the online application form themselves, as changes to the submitted data will not be possible. It is advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” feature to verify details before submission.
