ICAI CA 2024: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the CA Foundation Result June 2024 session on its official webpage. Candidates of the CA Foundation June session can now see their results, the direct link to the CA Foundation results is given below

ICAI conducted the CA June Foundation exam on June 20, 22, 24, and 26. The result was released today, 19^th July at nearly 8 pm. The institute has reported that out of the 91900 students that took the test, 13,749, or 14.96 per cent, passed.

The ICAI had earlier notified that the results of the Chartered Accountants Foundation Examination held in June 2024 would be available on website icai.nic.in. "The result of the Chartered Accountants Foundation Examination is expected to be declared on Monday, the 29th of July 2024 (Late evening)". It is to be noted that the candidate needs to enter both their registration number and roll number to check the result through the website in question.

ICAI CA 2024: Exam Details

The ICAI organizes a Chartered Accountant Examination that is divided into three levels by structure and correspondence with the respective CA courses. All the courses have to be passed to get the certification of being a Chartered Accountant in India. There are three levels:

1. CA Foundation course examination.
2. CA Intermediate examination.
3. CA Final examination.

ICAI CA 2024: Eligibility

It is advised by ICAI to verify your eligibility status on the Self-Service Portal (SSP) before completing the application form for the November exams. Below are the given ICAI CA 2024 Eligibility for all 3 stages.

CA Foundation exam 2024- It has no age restrictions. Candidates need to have passed the Class 10 examination to apply. However, their admission will be provisional until they pass Class 12. Students in Class 12 or those who have already passed it are eligible to register for the CA Foundation exam. A minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 is required for eligibility.

CA Intermediate exam 2024- It offers two options for candidates to apply. The first option is through the CA Foundation route, which allows those who have passed the CA Foundation exam to apply for any CA Intermediate exam group(s) by paying the registration fees. Candidates must complete at least eight months of study before taking the exams. The second option is through the Direct Entry route, which enables candidates with other qualifications to directly appear in the CA Intermediate examination.

CA Final exam 2024- Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements outlined by ICAI, including passing all papers in both Group 1 and Group 2 in one attempt with at least 40% in each paper and a 50% overall aggregate. Complete the ICITSS after registering for the Intermediate course but before commencing Practical Training (PT). Practical Training (PT) spans two years under the updated regulations. Completion of the Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS) is necessary before appearing for the CA Final exam.

ICAI CA 2024: Passing Criteria

To pass the CA Foundation exam in 2024, candidates must obtain at least 40% in each paper and achieve an overall aggregate of 55% across all four papers.

As for the CA Intermediate exam 2024, candidates can take either one group or both groups, each comprising three 100-mark papers. To pass, they need to score at least 40% in each paper and more than 50% in each group.

When it comes to the CA Final exams 2024, the syllabus is separated into two groups, with each group consisting of three papers. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 40% in each subject and achieve a 50% overall aggregate to pass.
