The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced that it will begin the registration for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam on April 1, 2023. The official website of the Commission- ssc.nic.in. will allow the candidates to fill out the application form. The registration process will conclude on May 1, 2023. The commission will conduct the same exam in June and July 2023.

The eligibility criteria to apply to the SSC CGL 2023 exam is any candidate who is a graduate in any stream from a reputed University or College. The Commission is yet to release a notification concerning the educational qualification, age limit, and selection procedure for the willing candidates.

The SSC CGL exam is a Combined Graduate Level Examination in India conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. The candidates who are willing to apply for this examination must possess a graduate degree and have at least one year of experience in the respective field of specialization. It is held annually in three stages - preliminary, main, and interview for recruiting candidates for different posts under various Ministries/ Departments of the Government of India. The CGL is for recruitment to various Group B and C posts in the Government of India. This examination is conducted for three days - 1st day Morning Session, 2nd day Morning & Evening Session, and 3rd day Evening Session. The SSC CGL exam is to appoint eligible candidates as Graduate Assistants, Sub-ordinate Officers, and Lower Division Clerks in the Central Government. SSC is the most reputed examination body in India and conducts various exams every year. It is used to select candidates for various posts in Indian Government offices and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
