UGC NET 2024 Admit Cards Released for Exams Through August 30: Download Now at ugcnet.nta.ac.in


August 24, 2024 – New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2024 for examinations scheduled up to August 30. Candidates appearing for the exams on August 27, 28, 29, and 30 can now download their hall tickets from the official UGC NET website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The NTA had previously issued admit cards for the exams held on August 21, 22, and 23. The exam initially scheduled for August 26 has been postponed to August 27 due to Janmashtami celebrations. Candidates scheduled for this rescheduled exam, as well as those taking the test on August 28, 29, and 30, can now access their admit cards online.

For candidates scheduled to appear in the UGC NET examinations on September 2, 3, and 4, admit cards will be released at a later date. It is advisable for candidates to regularly check the official website for updates.


How to Download UGC NET 2024 Admit Card

To download the admit card, candidates should:

Visit the official NTA UGC NET website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Click on the admit card download link.

Enter the required details, including application number, date of birth, and the security pin displayed on the screen.

Submit the information to access and download the admit card.

Print a copy of the admit card for use on the examination day.

Candidates must also download the undertaking that accompanies the admit card and carefully review all instructions provided.

On the day of the exam, candidates must bring a printed copy of the admit card (including all pages) along with a valid photo ID in its original form. The types of accepted photo IDs will be listed on the admit card.


In case of any difficulties in downloading the admit card or if there are any discrepancies in the details, candidates are advised to contact the National Testing Agency (NTA) immediately. Assistance can be sought by calling 011-40759000 or by sending an email to ugcnet@nta.ac.in.
